The transfer has to be initiated through our system. A valid Authorization Code has to be provided to initiate a transfer successfully. You may obtain the authorization code from the old registrar. After a transfer, our system syncronizes the owner of the domain from the registry to our system. If possible, you can start an owner change if you want to replace the synced owner. To Transfer the Domain to us, please do the following steps:
- Send an Email from the Owners email address with a transfer domain request to registrar@dot.ph
- An automated transfer domain confirmation notice will be sent to the Owners email address which requires online confirmation via the link provided.
- We will receive a notification from the registry and finish the transfer.
An Ownerchange has to be started in our system. To complete the Ownerchange, you have to finish manual steps by the registry. After the start of the OwnerChange in our system, please fill out the following document and send it back to our support.
A Restore is not supported by the registry.
