Transfer

After initiating the transfer in our system, the domain has to be to pushed to our system. After a transfer, our system syncronizes the owner of the domain from the registry to our system. If possible, you can start an owner change if you want to replace the synced owner. Registrar changes have to be first initiated by the Owner by logging into the registry system:

After the Owner has initiated the registrar change in the web interface of the registry, the Transfer has to be requested in our system. Our system will take over the domain administration from the old registrar. Transfer requests initiated in the web interface are valid for 7 days. After this period, the Owner has to initiate the registrar change again.

Ownerchange

An Ownerchange has to be started in our system. To complete the Ownerchange, you have to finish manual steps by the registry. An Ownerchange will reset the payed period and the domain will be renewed immediately for one year. OwnerChanges first have to be initiated by the Owner by logging into the registry system:

After the Owner has initiated the OwnerChange in the web interface of the registry, the OwnerChange must be started in our system.

OwnerChanges initiated in the registry's web interface are valid for 7 days. After this period, the OwnerChange has to be initiated again.

If the domain name contains a reserved mark, the Owner cannot initiate the OwnerChange himself, but has to contact the registry support to provide the new Owner details and prove the new Owners rights to domain name mark. After the domain name OwnerChange, the new Owner cannot initiate an OwnerChange in the registrys domain administration system for the next 30 calendar days or has to ask the registry to initiate the OwnerChange. In this case, the registrant has to provide the registry with a written agreement between parties of the last OwnerChange.
