Owner contact has to meet the following requirements:

• Country has to be one of the following values: at, be, bg, cy, cz, de, dk, ee, es, fi, fr, gb, gr, hr, hu, ie, is, it, li, lt, lu, lv, mt, nl, no, pl, pt, ro, se, si, sk, sm, va

Available Types:

• Owner has to be Person or Org
• Tech has to be Person or Org
• Zone has to be Person or Org

Owner has to fill the following fields:

• VatId if type is org
• IdentificationCardNumber if type is person

Tech has to fill the following fields:

• VatId if type is org
• IdentificationCardNumber if type is person

Zone has to fill the following fields:

• VatId if type is org
• IdentificationCardNumber if type is person

Transfer

The transfer has to be initiated through our system. Normally a transfer will be completed in 14 days. After a transfer, our system syncronizes the owner of the domain from the registry to our system. If possible, you can start an owner change if you want to replace the synced owner. After starting the transfer in our system, we will send you a transfer form. The form must be printed on stationery. The owner of the domain and two witnesses must sign the document. Also, a commercial register report is needed. Please send the documents as one PDF to our support.

Ownerchange

An Ownerchange may produce costs. Please refer to your pricelist. The Ownerchange can be started easily in our system. Please contact our support before starting the OwnerChange. You will receive the price upon a request.
